The Simple Project system is composed of 

• Electronic Folder Systems, organized in a way that is intuitive to managing construction projects. 
• Spreadsheet and Word Templates designed specifically designed for fast and effective project management. These templates handle things such as Submittals, RFI’s, Change Orders, estimating, Invoices, Correspondence, Document Tracking, Scheduling, and much more.
• A video training program complete with follow along tutorials, teaching around best practices, and tips to get the best use out of the Simple Project System. 

The product will be delivered via email to the email address associated with the purchaser. The email will contain a compressed folder attachment, and a link to access the training video program. A separate email will be sent to the purchaser that allows them to create a password to access the training videos online. 

All you need to use this system is a computer with standard operating system and Office Suite Software by Microsoft, Google, Apple or similar(i.e. Microsoft Excel and Word, or the Apple/Google equivalent). You can also access this system from your Smartphone if you have the corresponding Phone Apps. The videos are accessible online.

This is a ONE TIME purchase, meaning your access to this system does not have a time limit. No Subscription Fees!

The Simple Project System is comprised of Folders, Templates, and videos. Any administrative controls such as locking of templates, restricted access to files, and other controls can be set up through your system administrator, or you can lock files and templates just as you would any other Word or Excel Document.
